New Client Policy
We suggest arriving 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer any questions you may have. If the treatment you are receiving involves topical numbing, we suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.
Refund Policy
Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded. However, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Epiphany Medspa & Wellness, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to other services at Epiphany Medspa & Wellness for up to one year after the refund is requested.
All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, weight loss injections, or chemical peels) are final. Refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.
All skincare product sales are final.

Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for other clients, and they miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.
To stay on schedule with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will not receive a charge.
Being sick does not excuse you from the cancellation policy. Please let us know if you are feeling unwell at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so we can place someone from the waitlist into your time slot if you are unable to make it.
No-shows or notifications given less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee in the following amounts:
- Appointments scheduled for 30+ minutes will be charged $100. We do not accept Cherry Finance for appointment deposits. Appointment deposits are subject to change at management's discretion. If a patient has a history of two or more no-shows or cancellations, the patient may be required to pay the full service price to schedule, per management’s discretion.
- Appointments scheduled for less than 30 minutes (including follow-up appointments) will be charged $50. We do not accept Cherry Finance for appointment deposits. Appointment deposits are subject to change at management's discretion.
- Missed or cancelled appointments for the Unlimited Laser Hair Removal Package without a 24-hour notice will require a $50 payment to continue with the service.
- You will be reminded of these policies at the time of scheduling. We understand that unplanned issues can arise and you may need to cancel an appointment. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via text and/or phone call the day prior to scheduled appointments.
- For any other prepaid packages, missed appointments or cancellation notices given less than 48 hours will result in a $50 fee to resume the prepaid treatments.
